These terms govern the use of our online continuing education offerings in the field of tourism and travel planning. They define the rights and obligations of both parties.
We offer digital courses for professional development in the areas of tourism and travel planning. The content serves personal development and knowledge transfer. A specific job placement or a particular learning outcome is not guaranteed.
You agree to use the courses only for personal use and not to share access data. The redistribution of course content is prohibited. You are responsible for the security of your account.
We provide the courses with reasonable care and update the content regularly. We are not liable for damages caused by force majeure or unforeseeable technical failures. Liability for gross negligence remains unaffected.
All course fees are due before the start of the training. If you are not satisfied, you can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason. Courses already used will be reimbursed on a pro-rata basis.
We are only liable for damages resulting from intentional or grossly negligent behavior. We assume no liability for slight negligence, unless it involves injury to life, body, or health. Use of the courses is at your own risk.
In the event of a violation of these terms, we may block your access to the courses. You can terminate use at any time by written notice. Fees already paid will not be refunded in this case.
We reserve the right to change these terms with reasonable prior notice. The changes take effect if you do not object within four weeks. You will be informed of significant changes by email.
